At Mustard Made, we want you to love your lockers as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that once a locker has been built, it is no longer eligible for return due to its flat-pack nature.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original box, unassembled, and within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage the product in its original cardboard shipping box to prevent any dents or scratches during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using our approved courier service; once inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
